CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Sanvira Industries Limited is committed to fulfilling its responsibilities. The Company shall make every endeavour to be a good citizen in all three aspects of corporate life – environmental, social and economic. The CSR vision of the Company is to conduct its business in an ethical manner and embed the ethos of a socially and environmentally responsible corporate citizen in its strategy and activities.

COMPOSITION OF CSR COMMITTEE

The CSR Committee shall consist of 3 directors out of which at least 1 director shall be an Independent Director. At present, the CSR Committee consists of:

• Mr. Y. Santosh Kumar Reddy: Chairperson
• Mr. S. Pulla Reddy: Member
• Mr. Y. Rajiv Reddy: Member

KEY FOCUS AREAS:

Sanvira is committed to undertake the following activities under its CSR program:

• Eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition (promoting healthcare including preventive healthcare) and sanitation and making available safe drinking water;
• Promoting education including skill development and employment enhancing vocational skills especially among children, women, and the differently abled and livelihood enhancement projects;
• Promoting gender equality, empowering women, setting up homes and hostels for women and orphans, setting up of old age homes, day care centers and such other facilities for senior citizens and measures for reducing inequalities faced by socially and economically
  backward groups;
• CPC is engineered to meet specific thermal, chemical, and electromechanical properties required for the end use process
• Ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, animal, welfare, agroforestry, conservation of natural resources and maintaining quality of soil, air and water
