Santhosh Kumar Reddy Yaratapalli, Chairman and Founder of Sanvira Industries Limited, brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the calcined petroleum coke industry. A visionary entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in establishing Sanvira as a leading global manufacturer of carbon products through his strategic direction and deep technical expertise. His experience spans project management, plant operations, and the successful execution of greenfield and brownfield industrial projects, including calcination units and cement plants. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered large-scale projects within planned timelines and competitive cost parameters while upholding the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety compliance. His leadership continues to guide Sanvira's long-term growth, operational excellence, and commitment to sustainable industrial development.

Before establishing Sanvira, he served as Co-Founder and Managing Director of Rain Calcining (now Rain CII), where he gained extensive exposure to large-scale industrial operations. Beyond the carbon industry, he has built and successfully exited ventures in battery component manufacturing and packaging. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed the ISB–Kellogg Global Advanced Management Program.

Rajiv Reddy Yaratapalli, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sanvira Industries Limited, provides strategic leadership across the organization's financing, marketing, procurement, and business development functions. With a strong entrepreneurial vision and deep industry expertise, he has been instrumental in driving Sanvira's growth into a leading global manufacturer of calcined petroleum coke and specialty carbon products. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its manufacturing footprint, strengthened customer relationships across international markets, and established a reputation for operational excellence, quality, and reliability. He continues to lead Sanvira's long-term growth strategy, focusing on sustainable expansion, strategic partnerships, and value creation for customers and stakeholders.

He brings formidable transactional pedigree from the M&A investment banking divisions of Credit Suisse and UBS in New York, where he focused on transactions in the power and chemicals sectors, and from Bain & Company, where as Senior Associate Consultant he gained exposure to strategic and operational assignments across industries. He holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Columbia University, New York, and earned his MS and BS degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana–Champaign, and the National University of Singapore.

Vivek Reddy Yaratapalli, Co-Founder and Joint Managing Director of Sanvira Industries Limited, provides strategic leadership across project execution, operations, logistics, and human resources. He has been instrumental in driving operational excellence, executing large-scale expansion projects, and strengthening the company's manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. Under his leadership, Sanvira has enhanced its operational efficiency and execution capabilities while supporting its long-term growth objectives. In addition to his role at Sanvira, he serves as the Managing Director of Siriman Chemicals, where he oversees the manufacture of lime-based chemical products, further strengthening the Group's integrated industrial capabilities.

His professional background bridges finance and strategy, spanning the commercial strategy team at Capital One in the United States and the equity derivatives group at Citi Bank in New York—giving him sharp command of financial analysis, market-linked products, and strategic planning. He holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Columbia University, New York, and earned his MS and BS degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana–Champaign.

Matthai Markose, Commercial Director at Sanvira Industries Limited, leads the company's commercial strategy, overseeing sales, customer engagement, and the sourcing of key raw materials. He plays a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, optimizing procurement strategies, and ensuring a reliable and cost-effective supply chain. Through his commercial leadership, he supports business growth by aligning market opportunities with operational capabilities and delivering long-term value to customers and stakeholders.

He brings deep sector pedigree from Alcoa, where he held roles spanning raw material sourcing, procurement strategy, and business development. He holds an MBA in Finance and Management and an MS in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, along with a BE in Telecommunications Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.

Chief Financial Officer, Hiren Vora spearheads accounts, finance, treasury, M&A, strategy, and taxation with a results-driven approach. He has led cost-optimization programs that lifted profitability and embedded a culture of efficiency across the organization, raised growth capital, and optimized working capital to give the company the liquidity and strength to pursue ambitious expansion. Recognizing the importance of modernization, he led the automation of financial processes into an agile, accurate, and scalable system, while upholding the highest standards of compliance and corporate governance—safeguarding the company's reputation and building enduring stakeholder trust.

A Chartered Accountant, CPA (USA), CFA (I), and MBA in Finance, Hiren brings 24 years of professional experience across the full spectrum of financial leadership. His career spans Deccan Fine Chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd, Gangavaram Port Limited, Solaris Chemtech Limited, and Clinsys Clinical Research.

Vijaya Sarathi Uppala, Vice President – Oman Operations at Sanvira Industries Limited, brings over 45 years of leadership experience across the petroleum coke calcination, power generation, carbon anode, and cement industries. He oversees Sanvira Carbon's operations in Oman, including the Petroleum Coke Calcination Plant with Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant, Carbon Anode Plant, and Ferro Silicon Project. His responsibilities span project execution, construction, commissioning, plant operations, maintenance, production planning, quality, logistics, and HSE. A pioneer in the industry, he was the first to commission Vertical Shaft Kiln (VSK) coke calcination technology in both India and Oman, and successfully led the commissioning of Sanvira's US$225 million carbon anode plant in the Sohar Freezone. Throughout his distinguished career, he has consistently delivered complex industrial projects, optimized plant performance, and driven operational excellence across large-scale manufacturing facilities.

He holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, and is certified in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. His career spans Keerthi Industries Limited as Vice President – Works, Bhavya Cement Limited as General Manager – Works, the Astral Group in project and production roles across Dubai, Malta, Latvia, Poland, Spain, and Cyprus, Rain Calcining Limited as Senior Manager – Production with training at the ARCO Coke Calciner in the USA, and Snehadhara Industries Limited as Deputy General Manager – Works, alongside earlier roles at Sagar, Raasi, and Kakatiya Cements. His expertise covers process design review, equipment sizing and refractory design, pre-commissioning and commissioning of process plants, manufacturing excellence, and quality and HSE systems including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, along with technical evaluation of EPC tenders.

Harinath Reddy Thugutla, Vice President – India Operations at Sanvira Industries Limited, brings nearly three decades of experience across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and technology. He leads the company's India operations, projects, and logistics, driving operational excellence, manufacturing efficiency, and seamless supply chain execution. With a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects, implementing process improvements, leading expansion initiatives, and fostering customer relationships, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening Sanvira's operational capabilities and supporting its sustainable growth.

His leadership is forged in senior roles at India's foremost cement manufacturers—Vice President at Penna Cement, Plant Head at JSW Cement, and Operational Head at UltraTech Cement. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from Gulbarga University.

Yeddula Venkata Ramana Reddy, Vice President – Operations & Projects at Sanvira Industries Limited, brings nearly four decades of techno-commercial expertise in the calcined petroleum coke (CPC) and carbon anode (ECA) industries. He leads the company's operations and project initiatives while working closely with customers to understand technical requirements, resolve complex challenges, and drive commercial negotiations. His ability to translate customer needs into tailored technical solutions has strengthened long-term partnerships and contributed to higher sales volumes and improved commercial outcomes. With deep market insight and a keen understanding of competitive dynamics, he plays a pivotal role in shaping business strategy and maintaining the technical excellence of Sanvira's products, reinforcing the company's competitive advantage in global markets.

He holds an MSc in Chemistry (Organic) from Kanpur University and brings experience from Goodlass Nerolac Paints Ltd, across its chemical and automotive divisions, along with Rain CII Carbon (Vizag) Ltd and India Carbon Ltd.
